We are well and truly on the road to WrestleMania as the biggest event on the WWE calendar is almost upon us. An event that has become so big in recent years, WWE can no longer fit the whole thing into just one night. The decision to split WrestleMania across two nights rather than cram it into one was made at the start of the pandemic. Thankfully, WWE appears to have made it a permanent change, as this year WrestleMania will once again be spread out over one glorious and jam-packed weekend.

As for everything you need to know about night two, you can find that all right here. WrestleMania 38's second night takes place on Sunday, April 3, 2022, and the main card will begin at 8 pm EST, or two hours prior if you want to watch all the action on the kickoff show. You'll be able to watch night two on Peacock in the US, and on the regular WWE Network everywhere else in the world, other than Russia where the service remains inaccessible. Everything announced for night two of WrestleMania 38 so far can be found below.

Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar for the Universal And WWE Championships

Brock Lesnar had an unexpectedly successful start to 2022 when he was added to Day 1's WWE Title match and went ahead and won it. The Beast celebrated the win by floating the idea of a title versus title match against Roman Reigns. Reigns declined and at Royal Rumble, Lesnar lost the championship. Later that night The Beast won the men's Rumble, declared he will face Reigns at WrestleMania, and then went ahead and won back the WWE Title at Elimination Chamber.

Even though Lesnar now has a title of his own to bring to this blockbuster match, he probably isn't going to win. Reigns to slay The Beast in this one and close WrestleMania with two World Titles held aloft. The match could well change the landscape in WWE in multiple ways. Not just a potential title unification, but this also feels like it could be Lesnar's last match.

Edge vs. AJ Styles

Here it is ladies and gentlemen. The match that will likely steal the entire weekend, nay, the whole of WrestleMania week, has officially been added to the card. Edge wanted a big match at WrestleMania, and he has certainly got one. The Rated R Superstar versus AJ Styles is a dream match by anyone's standards, and at WrestleMania we'll finally get to see it.

As for who wins, it might sound a little contrary, but who cares? Both Superstars are so talented that regardless of who gets pinned, none of us will really care. Back against the wall, I'd got Styles to win this one. He has just signed a new deal with WWE and perhaps he will get a chance to become a World Champion again after this.

Carmella And Zelina Vega vs. Sasha Banks And Naomi vs. Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan for the Women's Tag Team Championships

This match comes with good news and bad news. The good news is WWE has remembered they have Women's Tag Titles. The bad news is that the Naomi-Sonya Deville feud that has been building for months won't be getting the WrestleMania blow-off it arguably deserves. At least the tag division actually has teams in it now, even if they are makeshift ones that have been given very little thought.

The three sets of challengers here are clearly teams WWE has thrown together just so the champions have something to do at WrestleMania. Those are exactly the kinds of teams Vince McMahon loves, though. A title change in this one based on little more than the boss-loving odd couple tag teams, with Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan having the same odds of winning as Naomi and Sasha Banks, but maybe slightly better than Shayna Baszler and Natalya.

Sami Zayn vs. Johnny Knoxville

Even before Sami Zayn became Intercontinental Champion, there were rumors swirling that he would be facing Johnny Knoxville at WrestleMania. Zayn then went and won the IC Title only to lose it again two weeks later thanks to Knoxville. After the match, an irate Zayn found a camera backstage and challenged Knoxville to a match at WrestleMania. Knoxville responded later that same night, accepting Zayn's challenge.

Had this match been for the title, I'd have had Zayn to win it as Knoxville's involvement with WWE will probably come to an end at WrestleMania. However, Zayn winning and losing the title in the space of two weeks has me thinking this one is prime for a Knoxville win. Since there's no title involved, WWE won't have to worry about having a celebrity who will be leaving after April 3 winning and taking it away.

Pat McAfee vs. Austin Theory

Pat McAfee made a little bit of wrestling history on this particular road to WrestleMania by convincing Vince McMahon to come on his show for a live interview. Something that happens so infrequently, it's the first time the chairman has been interviewed live for 15 years. McMahon offered McAfee a match while on the show, and the night after on SmackDown, Austin Theory revealed himself to be the announcer's opponent.

McMahon doesn't appear on TV with just anyone. If he's working with you in WWE, especially on-screen, that means he sees a big spot for you in the future of his company. That's why this match is so fascinating. McMahon clearly loves both of these guys. Based purely on the fact Theory is a wrestler and McAfee is primarily an announcer, Theory to win this one.

RKBro vs. Street Profits vs. Alpha Academy for the Raw Tag Team Championships

Night two of WrestleMania 38 appears to be the place to have multiple teams competing for Tag Titles as a way to get as many people as possible on the two-night card. While the SmackDown championships have a two-on-two match on night one, the Raw titles have not been afforded that same opportunity and will have three teams battling for them on the Sunday

Even though RKBro only recently won the titles back, it feels like they'll be dropping them again here, and probably to Alpha Academy, the team they won them from. That will lead to Randy Orton and Riddle breaking up soon after. You might not want it, but you know it's going to happen.

Bobby Lashley vs. Omos

Bobby Lashley suffered an injury at Elimination Chamber that cost him the WWE Title. It's pretty impressive that he has been able to recover in time for WrestleMania, but a shame the title he never really lost is tied up in WWE's biggest WrestleMania main event ever, apparently. He'll get a match against Omos though after shutting the giant up on the final Raw before the show of shows.

This is an interesting match for WWE to have thrown on the card with very little notice. Lashley was only WWE Champion in February, so having him lose here would seem odd. It's really the only option if there's going to be a continued push for Omos though, which seems likely.
