WWE appears to be beefing up Charlotte Flair's title count again, labeling her a 14-time champion on SmackDown after she was drafted to the blue brand.

The draft is over for another year and a fair few Superstars now find themselves working on a different day of the week than they did before. That even includes a handful of NXT stars who got their main roster call-ups. In terms of championships, the fate of both Women's Titles is now very much up in the air.

The Women's Titles Have Switched Shows

As it stands, the Raw Women's Title is currently on SmackDown, and the SmackDown Women's Title is on Raw. When this happened to the Tag Team Titles, New Day and Street Profits simply made a trade. Becky Lynch already appears to have made it clear that she isn't up for doing something similar, stating her intent to once again become a double champion.

As for Charlotte Flair, who currently holds the Raw Title on SmackDown, WWE once again appears to be bumping up the number of reigns she can currently boast. Flair is a 12-time champion, and even one of those reigns probably shouldn't count as a new one as it just signaled

the transformation of the Divas Title into the Women's Championship.

Charlotte Raw Women's Champion

Charlotte Flair Is A 12-Time Champion

However, when she was drafted to and subsequently wrestled on SmackDown last week, Pat McAfee referred to The Queen as a 14-time champion. Lynch then backed him up, pointing out that also means she has lost the title 13 times. Flair has been Raw Women's Champion six times, SmackDown Women's Champion five times, and Divas Champion once. However, in the past, WWE has tried to bulk up that number by including NXT and Tag Team Title reigns in Flair's total.

It's possible that WWE hasn't reverted back to inaccurately inflating Flair's tally and it was simply McAfee taking a stab at how many times she has been champion because he couldn't remember. It's unlikely Lynch would know the exact number off the top of her head too, hence The Man not correcting him. If WWE is going to start including NXT reigns in Superstars' totals, then it will need to do so for everyone. It would also make Big E a two-time champion, which is fine by us.
