The Districts have been disbanded - there is only the capitol left - yet nothing has changed. Katniss was killed alongside Peeta at the last games, any rebels murdered on sight.
How exactly it all went down no-one knows - but District 13 has been closed off and everyone moved to the capitol - where the Hunger Games are being held. Again.
24 Tributes.

RULES;
- two applications, max. one boy, one girl. different districts. end of.
- if i do not get enough applicants [i am not expecting to] the majority of the tributes will be npc's, controlled by me.
- i am not participating in the rp - i merely act as the capitol. i shall tell you what happens to your character through short updates, and then you respond to that update. i shall decide if your character meets another, and I shall decide the outcome based on how your character and the others interact/ their skills etc. you do not.
- this is pg-13. there is going to be gore and death and swearing.
- i can refuse any applicants, and change these rules as i see fit.
