NXT, WWE's developmental brand and third weekly TV show, has seen a lot of ups and downs. Many of WWE's biggest stars started out in NXT, including Bianca Belair and Roman Reigns. Others, like Seth Rollins and Bayley, signed with NXT as independent wrestlers and trained/performed there until being called up to the main roster.

WWE's Deal With Endeavor Has Slowed Down NXT Europe
Yesterday, Triple H spoke to the media at WWE's press conference following Money in the Bank. He was asked about the progress being made regarding NXT Europe, and explained that the WWE's sale to Endeavor has slowed things down a bit. Fightful has provided the following transcription:
It's just slowed down the process. At some point, end of the year last year, whenever it was, we said in '23 it would happen. Not having a crystal ball to see where everything was headed in that moment in time, obviously, this transition with the merger with UFC, Endeavor, and TKO, it's changed the timeframe. The intent is still the same. I mentioned under the premise of WrestleMania and premium live events going global, we're a global company. We're looking to be everywhere. There is a lot of amazing talent here, internationally, and we'd love to explore that and give them opportunities to shine on the biggest stage possible and see what we can do with that. It's just going to take a little bit of time.
Fans will have to stay tuned and see how the development of NXT Europe continues to pan out.
