The first two rules of the 75 Soft Challenge focus on your diet. The first rule is to eat well and drink only on social occasions. You won't have to worry about completely restricting your diet or counting calories, as there is no specific diet to follow so long as you eat well. Instead, you can focus on eating intuitively and nourishing your body. Unlike the 75 Hard Challenge, you don't have to completely give alcohol up either and can enjoy it during social occasions. 

Another rule of the Soft Challenge is to drink at least three liters of water per day. Experts agree that along with keeping you hydrated, there are many health benefits to drinking three liters of water per day. According to Healthline, some benefits include preventing kidney stones, helping fix bowel irregularities, improving your mood, soothing headaches, and strengthening your physical performance.
