Snake's bionic arm from The Phantom Pain has been shown off from all angles by Konami.
The bionic arm shown here is the one shipping with the Premium Package of MGS5: The Phantom Pain, which is only sold in Japan, sadly.
Unlike the one the west is getting with the collector's edition, this arm is actually a 1:1 scale replica of Snake's arm. The Premium Package is running for 29,800 (JPY), which is about $245.
It weighs 850 grams and is half a meter long (thanks, DualShockers.)
