The Shield made their WrestleMania debut in six-man tag team action at WrestleMania 29. They collided with three former World Champions in Randy Orton, Sheamus, and Big Show in the opening match of the night which was a crucial position to be in.
Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Dean Ambrose had all of the spotlights firmly on them, and they passed this test with flying colors. Orton hit Rollins with an RKO out of nowhere. The Viper was unable to capitalize as Reigns Speared him with some venom, and Ambrose picked up the victory for The Shield.
9 Seth Rollins & Braun Strowman Vs. Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode - Clash Of Champions 2019 (Rating: 5.00)
Seth Rollins pulled double duty at Clash of Champions 2019 as he was a double champion. The Architect was the reigning Universal Champion, and he was the co-holder of the Raw Tag Team Championship with Braun Strowman. Before Rollins and Strowman could slug it out for the Universal Championship, they put their Raw Tag Team Titles on the line against Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode.
It was interesting to see if Rollins and Strowman could work as a cohesive unit, and they did for large portions of the match. As expected, they dropped the straps with Roode finishing off Rollins with his patented Glorius DDT.
8 Seth Rollins Vs. The Fiend - Crown Jewel 2019 (Rating: 4.87)
At Crown Jewel 2019, Seth Rollins defended the Universal Championship against "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt in a Falls Count Anywhere match. The Fiend had the crowd on his side despite being the heel because they wanted to see Rollins' Universal Championship reign come to a halt.
Their match had a few table breaks with Rollins moving out of harm's way for The Fiend to crash and burn. The pair exchanged finishers but neither man kept the other one down. They battled around the arena, and The Fiend finally extinguished Rollins' Universal Title reign to kickstart his first run with the championship.
7 Seth Rollins Vs. Dean Ambrose - TLC 2018 (Rating: 4.83)
Unfortunately, The Shield's reunion in the fall of 2018 was cut short as Roman Reigns was diagnosed with leukemia. However, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose reignited their feud which led to Rollins putting the Intercontinental Championship on the line at TLC.

The Intercontinental Championship happened to be a prop in their rivalry. Nonetheless, their match was decent but they were capable of producing miles better. Rollins attempted the Curb Stomp but the Lunatic Fringe connected with Dirty Deeds to become a three-time Intercontinental Champion in one of the final major feuds in Ambrose's WWE career.
6 Seth Rollins & Murphy Vs. The Mysterios - Raw 8/24/20 (Rating: 4.79)
24 hours removed from Seth Rollins humbling Dominik Mysterio in an outstanding match at SummerSlam 2020, their paths crossed again in tag team action. Rollins and his disciple Murphy squared off with The Mysterios. Both teams battled on the outside before the bell rang.
It was the first Raw inside WWE Thunderdome, and Rollins and Murphy got a stranglehold on proceedings. The Mysterios were going to execute a double Frog Splash onto their prone opponents until the lights flickered. Rollins retreated as wrestlers disguised in masks attacked The Mysterios.
5 Seth Rollins Vs. Brock Lesnar - Battleground 2015 (Rating: 4.58)
At WrestleMania 31, Seth Rollins captured his first WWE Championship at Brock Lesnar's expense when he successfully cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Lesnar was out for revenge, and he was determined to unseat Rollins as WWE Champion in their clash at Battleground 2015.
The Beast Incarnate was in cruise control of the match as he had the size and strength advantage. The Architect held his own but he can thank Undertaker's intervention, as Lesnar was close to recapturing the WWE Title.
4 Seth Rollins & Murphy Vs. Angel Garza & Andrade Vs. Humberto Carrillo & Dominik Mysterio - Raw 9/21/20 (Rating: 4.55)
On the final edition of Raw before Clash of Champions 2020, there was an opportunity for three teams comprised of Seth Rollins and Murphy, Angel Garza and Andrade, and Humberto Carrillo and Dominik Mysterio to become number one contenders for the Raw Tag Team Championship. Rollins and Murphy's alliance was breaking down as Rollins did not even break a sweat.

The match was average, and there was nothing to write home about. The Monday Night Messiah walked out on Murphy leaving him on his own, and Garza earned the win for his team as he nailed Murphy with the Wing Clipper.
3 Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch Vs. Baron Corbin & Lacey Evans - Extreme Rules 2019 (Rating: 4.00)
Seth Rollins and his wife Becky Lynch had beaten Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans in a couple of singles championship bouts but Corbin and Evans would not give up their quest to win the Universal and Raw Women's Titles. Therefore, at Extreme Rules 2019, Rollins and Lynch defended their championships in a mixed-tag team Extreme Rules match.
Nobody believed that Corbin and Evans had a chance of winning the titles. The match was mediocre, and Rollins put Corbin through a table with a frog splash, and The Man drove through Evans with a leg drop. Rollins and Lynch retained their titles but Rollins dropped the Universal Championship to Brock Lesnar who cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and captured a record third Universal Title.
2 Seth Rollins Vs. Baron Corbin - Stomping Grounds 2019 (Rating: 3.67)
Fans were subjected to another rematch between Seth Rollins and Baron Corbin with the Universal Championship hanging in the balance at Stomping Grounds 2019. There was a caveat as Lacey Evans was the special guest referee, which gave Corbin the slight advantage.
Evans abused her power, and she would attack Rollins with a low blow and gave Corbin the upper hand. However, their plans were thwarted, as Becky Lynch interfered to remove Evans from the equation. Ultimately, Rollins escaped with his Universal Title in his possession in a borefest of a championship bout.
1 Seth Rollins Vs. The Fiend - Hell In A Cell 2019 (Rating: 0.84)
There have been some stinkers of Hell in a Cell matches that WWE has produced over the years. Unfortunately, Seth Rollins and The Fiend's Universal Championship match inside the Devil's Favorite Playground at Hell in a Cell 2019 was a sad state of affairs.
Hell in a Cell matches are no disqualification matches so it was nonsensical that this match had a stoppage. Rollins unleashed an attack on The Fiend with no signs of letting up. Fans rightfully booed the outcome, and when the show went off the air, Rollins was the unfortunate scapegoat as he had clashed with fans on his way back to the locker room.
