7 WWE World Heavyweight Championship - WrestleMania 32
This championship victory was a mess long before this match even took place. Roman Reigns was forced to defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the Royal Rumble match at Royal Rumble 2016. Triple H ended up winning the match which set up the main event of WrestleMania 32 that absolutely no fan wanted.
The fans in attendance rejected the match immediately and booed Reigns throughout. Reigns and Triple H ended up putting on a very good match but it wasn't enough to make a Reigns victory any less predictable. This was supposed to be Reigns' crowning moment but it instead was a lasting image of him being booed out of the building as the show went off the air.
6 Intercontinental Championship - Raw (November 20, 2017)
If you forgot that Reigns has ever held the Intercontinental Title, you aren't alone. After appearing on Miz TV earlier in the night, the match was made for Reigns to challenge The Miz for the Intercontinental Championship in the main event of the November 20th, 2017 episode of Raw.

A match of this caliber should have gotten a lot bigger build but Reigns and The Miz still put on a great match. Reigns ended up coming out on top, making him a Grand Slam Champion. This was easily the most forgettable of all his title victories and he went on to hold the title for only 62 days.
5 United States Championship - Clash Of Champions (2016)
After coming back from suspension in 2016, Reigns was taken out of the main event scene for a much-needed break and was inserted into the United States Title picture against Rusev. After their SummerSlam match never got started due to them brawling beforehand, Reigns was granted a rematch at Clash Of Champions 2016.
It took him having to get past interference from Lana and executing multiple Spears on Rusev, but Reigns still got the win and secured his first and only United States Championship.
4 Universal Championship - SummerSlam (2018)

Reigns and Ambrose put on a very good match that revived the crowd who were dead for most of the night prior. Reigns secured the victory after hitting Ambrose with a Spear, claiming his first World Championship. His celebration was cut short after Sheamus cashed in his Money In The Bank briefcase and won the title from him, but the victory still felt special.

The match was terrific and the crowd was hot. Reigns ended up being the one to score the pinfall and win the titles. This was Reigns' first title in WWE and showed all fans that he and The Shield were the future of the company.
1 WWE World Heavyweight Championship - Raw (December 14, 2015)
After nearly a year of trying to crown Roman Reigns as top babyface of the company, WWE finally accomplished that goal on the December 14th, 2015 episode of Monday Night Raw. Earlier in the night, Reigns was given the ultimatum by Vince McMahon, defeat Sheamus for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, or be fired.
The match was fantastic and told a terrific story. Despite interference from McMahon and The League Of Nations, Reigns defeated Sheamus and captured the title.
