This week's Monday Night Raw featured the return of Logan Paul, Kevin Owens, a WWE Raw Women's Title match between Bianca Bel Air and Carmela, and more. The 24/7 Championship changed hands a number of times and WWE hyped next week's Madison Square Garden show as well as SummerSlam which was taking place one week from this Saturday.

Here are your winners and losers for raw, July 18, 2022:

Winner: Belair Retains

A clean victory by Bianca Belair to open the show kick things off and set the stage for SummerSlam between Becky Lynch and Belair. WWE showed a highlight reel package later in the night to really showcase the match, suggesting it will be one of the more featured bouts on the card. Carmella put up a fight but Bianca Belair was too strong and too athletic, winning via a Kiss of Death in a singles contest while Lynch watched on from ringside.

This was a basic match to open the show, the take away being that Lynch was watching both competitors closely seeing who she would face at SummerSlam. She absolutely disrespected Belair by throwing the title on the mat.

Winner: Judgment Day Doesn't Accept Dominik's Loyalty

Judgement Day appeared on Raw to promise that Domink Mysterio would eventually and inevitably join the group. A singles match between Rey and Damian Priest was the opportunity the heels needed to threaten Dom. Priest picked up a win over Rey but when the match was done, they set Rey up to be on the receiving end of a chair shot. Dominik ran into the ring and begged them to stop, saying he'd join if they did. Priest and Finn Balor said it didn't work that way and attacked Dom with a chair.

WWE almost made a major mistake during the segment, had they accepted Dominik Mysterio into the group by threatening him, it would've ruined the entire story line the judgement day is a group of disgruntled people banding together. Fortunately, both sides cut promos later in the show suggesting this was all just a test. Rey later pushed the match they would have next week and his 20-Year Celebration at MSG.

Winner: Seth Rollins

Ezekiel didn't like the way Seth Rollins attacked Riddle earlier in the evening so Elias' younger brother challenged Rollins to match. It was a solid match but Seth Freakin' Rollins picked up the win, another big one. Rollins starting to win a few matches is a good idea. Wins and losses don't necessarily hurt him, but a few wins against strong opponents remind everyone that Rollins can back up the wacky things he says.

Winner: Omos

In the next segment, The Usos were thrilled to watch from ringside as they believed Omos would destroy Angelo Dawkins. When things didn't quite work out that way and the singles match was turned into a tag team contest, The Usos got involved and decided to turn the match into a beat down.

This segment worked on two counts. It helped sell the tag match between The Usos and The Street Profits for SummerSlam and it sold Omos as a nearly unbeatable foe. That he kicked out at one from Montez Ford's frog splash was a smart booking decision. It made Omos look indestructible and Ford's reaction was great.

Winner: Theory vs. AJ Styles

Theory cut a long promo before his scheduled match that only got longer when his opponent AJ Styles made his way to the ring. The talking points were good, but it might have been a bit winded before the match that followed. Theory getting on the case of the fans for their "what" chants was good the first time, but it turned into a distraction.

Dolph Ziggler was ringside for the second week in a row and he was clearly in Theory's head. When he got the chance, Ziggler blasted Theory with a super kick. Theory got counted out and when he climbed back into the ring he took a Styles Clash for his trouble.

It still isn't clear why Ziggler is targeting Theory.

Loser: Six-Woman Tag Match And 24/7 Title Shenanigans

This segment was awful in a number of ways. The six-woman tag match was hardly a match at all. With the 24/7 Title available to be taken during the contest, Reggie snuck down to the ring and allowed Akira Tozawa to pin Dana Brooke. That led to Nikki A.S.H winning the title, then to Alexa Bliss, then Doudrop and Tamina and eventually Dana Brooke again. Finally, after Brooke ran off, Asuka tapped out Nikki to put an end to all the misery.

Winner/Loser: Logan Paul Challenges The Miz For SummerSlam

While this probably shouldn't have been a segment that closed Raw, it's understandable that WWE thought the audience Logan Paul would draw was enough to warrant ending the show that way. Paul challenged The Miz for SummerSlam and when The A-Lister said he hasn't earned the right to wrestle him, Paul goaded The Miz into accepting by making fun of his tiny balls.

The Miz tried to attack but Paul got the better of him. Ciampa snuck in and attacked Paul from behind. As the two tried to double team him, Paul was able to escape without much damage.

Credit to Paul and The Miz for keeping the audience from hijacking this segment as it was clear the live crowd wanted to boo the social media star. They worked through that hurdle and pieced together the set up for the pay-per-view. Paul said he'd be at next week's Raw to host his own show Impaulsive TV. We'll see if he can avoid the boos that are sure to come at Madison Square Garden.
