During Monday's episode of Raw, it appeared Maxxine Dupri has switched allegiances. Coming to the ring with Otis and Chad Gable, Dupri was no longer dressed in her typical high-end fashion model garb. Instead, she was wearing an Alpha Academy tee and appeared united as the newest member of the tag team. In fact, according to Chad Gable, it appears Dupri is officially the duo's manager. This all comes days after Mansoor shared a social media video where he deleted Maxxine Dupri from the contacts list on his phone. In other words, between Maximum Male Models being upset with her and Gable saying she is officially a member of the new and improved team. It also seems to signal Dupri's babyface turn as she started a bit of a heated battle with Valhalla, who came down to ringside and tried to get involved in the tag team match-up between Alpha Academy and Imperium.
Dupri was eventually chased away from the ringside area and we'll see if she steps into the ring at some point down the line, but this is an intriguing decision by WWE and it will probably be met with a positive response as it keeps Alpha Academy together, but also brings another member into the group that looks as though she's ready for the responsibility that comes with being a bit goofy.

No More Otis The Model?
If this is the direction WWE is going, it appears the idea of turning Otis into a male model is now off the table. As funny as that might have been, there was probably a shelf life attached to that storyline and it could have wound up splitting a very popular tag team. Otis will stay as is and Dupri will make the switch.
As for what becomes of Mace and Mansoor, time will tell.
