It's that time of year again. When WWE Superstars forget about who they're feuding with for a few weeks in order to fight for brand supremacy. That's right, it's Survivor Series season. Despite winning the show last year, NXT will not be a part of the festivities this time around. However, there will be a celebration for The Undertaker's 30th anniversary. The show will also feature a number of Raw versus SmackDown matches, all of which are detailed below. Survivor Series will air live on the WWE Network on Sunday, November 22, 2020, at 7 pm EST, with the kickoff show starting an hour earlier.

Drew McIntyre vs. Roman Reigns

via WWE

Well, this one came out of the blue, didn't it? Maybe not so much as WWE showed its hand when it had Drew McIntyre show up on SmackDown last week to confront Roman Reigns for no reason. Poor Randy Orton thought he would be the one to take on The Big Dog this Sunday, but no such luck. McIntyre has swooped in at the last second to make a dream match worthy of WrestleMania.

Asuka vs. Sasha Banks

via WWE

Sasha Banks became SmackDown Women's Champion for the first time ever at Hell in a Cell. Even better news for The Boss is that she won't have to defend that title on PPV until at least December. Banks' PPV record when it comes to defending titles is less than stellar. As for this non-title affair against Asuka, no doubt it has a strong chance of being match of the night. Plus, an opportunity for Banks to get revenge on The Empress who won the Raw Women's Title from her at SummerSlam.

The New Day vs. The Street Profits

via WWE

Only a few weeks ago, The New Day and The Street Profits were on opposing brands. Well, actually, they still are, but they have switched places. Not only that, but they have also switched titles. Since New Day had just won the SmackDown Tag Team Titles and moved to Raw, they figured it made sense to trade titles with Street Profits who were the Raw champions on their way to SmackDown. Both teams have remained titleholders since and will therefore clash with each other at Survivor Series.

Bobby Lashley vs. Sami Zayn

via WWE

It has been a long time since Sami Zayn gathered up a bunch of men to dress as women and pose as Bobby Lashley's sisters to annoy him. Apologies to those of you reading this who had blocked that out. Two and a half years later and it would appear that these two Superstars' paths are about to cross once more. WWE might not want to remind fans of the weird fake sisters angle, but we'd be willing to bet that Zayn will bring it up at some point.

5-on-5 Women's Survivor Series Elimination Match

via WWE

Ever since the first-ever Survivor Series all the way back in 1987, the event has featured traditional Survivor Series matches. Multi-person tag matches in which the Superstars are eliminated one-by-one. Both Raw and SmackDown will each field a men's team and a women's team. Raw's women did not have to qualify for the match, other than Lana. As for Team SmackDown, everyone needed to qualify other than Bayley who was selected by Adam Pearce.

5-on-5 Men's Survivor Series Elimination Match

Only three Superstars have been announced for the men's elimination match so far, and all of them will compete for Team Raw. However, it's quite an intimidating trio, and all of them had to win a match to earn their spot. Sheamus, AJ Styles, Braun Strowman, Riddle, and Keith Lee who will be looking to impress once again after almost going the distance for NXT at last year's Survivor Series. On the SmackDown side of things, Kevin Owens, Jey Uso, King CorbinSeth Rollins, and Otis have booked their spots.

Dual-Brand Battle Royal

via WWE

If WWE had left Survivor Series as the six matches listed above, there's a chance that the night could well have ended in a tie. The late addition of a dual-brand battle royal eliminates the risk of that happening. Unless kickoff show matches aren't counted towards the night's total, of course. That has been the case in the past. None of the competitors in the battle royal have been revealed. It's not even known whether it will be men or women in the match at this point. Stay tuned to TheSportster for any updates on additions to the match and the card as a whole.
