Mark Henry didn't reach his peak until late on in his WWE career. However, his final matches on a WWE pay-per-view largely missed the mark but The World's Strongest Man was still a marquee name.

The World's Strongest Man is one of the strongest men to grace a WWE ring. Henry was plagued with injuries throughout his career, which is why he did not reach his potential until later on. However, Mr. McMahon was fond of Henry which is why he got many chances to prove his worth with an unlikely World Heavyweight Title run in 2011.

Nonetheless, Henry finally got inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2018 which he thoroughly deserved. Unfortunately, Henry's final few matches on a WWE pay-per-view weren't the greatest as he was largely used in Battle Royals, and Royal Rumbles.

At Survivor Series 2014, Mark Henry represented Team Authority in the Survivor Series Traditional Elimination match. Henry teamed up with Seth Rollins, Kane, the Intercontinental Champion Luke Harper, and the reigning United States Champion Rusev.

They squared off with Team Cena comprised of John Cena, Dolph Ziggler, Erick Rowan, Ryback, and Big Show. It was an embarrassing performance from Henry as he barely lasted a minute as Show eliminated him with a devastating Knockout Punch. Team Authority went on to lose the match, and they were no longer in power.

9 Royal Rumble Match - Royal Rumble 2016

The 2016 Royal Rumble match wasn't just about punching your ticket to WrestleMania 32, as Roman Reigns' WWE Championship was on the line. Mark Henry qualified to get into the Rumble match on the pre-show and he joined the fray as the 22nd participant.

Unfortunately, Henry entered at the wrong time as The Wyatt Family was on a rampage. Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, and Braun Strowman wasted no time in eliminating Henry with The World's Strongest Man lasting just 47 seconds.

8 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal - WrestleMania 33

The third annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal took place at WrestleMania 33 but it was stuck on the Kickoff show. There was a lot of deadwood in this match, but Big Show and Braun Strowman swept through the field at the start of this Battle Royal.

Nevertheless, Mark Henry was an outside favorite to win the match but it wasn't a great performance from Henry. He eliminated Sin Cara but Sami Zayn and Epico formed a brief alliance to remove The World's Strongest Man from the match.

The Royal Rumble match is tailor-made for Mark Henry, and the 2017 Royal Rumble was held in his home state of Texas in the Alamodome. The World's Strongest Man entered the match sixth, and he caught Jack Gallagher in mid-air and threw him over the top rope effortlessly.

However, Henry was left in the ring with Braun Strowman, and the two behemoths went head-to-head. They went back and forth but Strowman got the upper hand and removed Henry from the equation.

The second Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal was relegated to the WrestleMania 31 Kickoff show. The majority of participants eliminated Curtis Axel at the start of the match which was hilarious.

The likes of Kane, Big Show, The Miz, Kofi Kingston were also involved in the match alongside Mark Henry. It was a decent outing for Henry but he only eliminated Tyson Kidd after he threw him onto Los Matadores who were on the outside. Henry's quest to win the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal was over for another year as he was eliminated by The Ascension.

However, Big Show clocked Henry with a Knockout Punch early on which knocked Henry out momentarily. Nonetheless, Henry eliminated Heath Slater and Tyler Breeze with ease. Unfortunately, he left WrestleMania 32 empty-handed as his former rival Kane, and Darren Young eliminated him. Baron Corbin took advantage, and he snuck up behind Kane to win the match.

4 Mark Henry Vs. Ryback Vs. Sheamus Vs. Dolph Ziggler Vs. R-Truth Vs. King Barrett - Elimination Chamber 2015

The Intercontinental Championship was defended inside the barbaric Elimination Chamber for the first time at Elimination Chamber 2015. The World's Strongest Man entered the match fourth but his Lexan pod was broken when King Barrett rammed Ziggler into it.

This was unquestionably one of the worst Elimination Chamber matches in history with the lack of star power. The action was slow and methodical but Henry tried to nail Sheamus with The World's Strongest Slam but Sheamus battled out of it. Ultimately, Henry failed to capture the Intercontinental Title as The Celtic Warrior eliminated him with a Brogue Kick.

Mark Henry's final pay-per-view outing came in the biggest Royal Rumble match in WWE history. The Greatest Royal Rumble match was held in Saudi Arabia in 2018 and 50 men slug it out to be the last man standing. Nevertheless, Henry was a WWE Hall of Famer, and he was the fifth participant in the match.

He made an instant impact by eliminating Curtis Axel with a vicious headbutt. Moreover, Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler knew that Henry posed a legitimate threat to their chances of winning, and they tried to eliminate him but it was to no avail. Henry eliminated Mike Kanellis who lasted a measly three seconds, and former Japanese sumo wrestler Hiroki Sumi was eliminated by Henry. Ultimately, Bryan and Ziggler seized the opportunity and they eventually threw Henry over the top rope.

The unlikely partnership of Mark Henry and Jack Swagger battled with The Ascension, Darren Young, and Damien Sandow, and The Dudley Boyz for a couple of spots in the 2016 Royal Rumble Match for the WWE Championship. Henry and Swagger were two former World Heavyweight Champions and they dominated the match.

The action was fast and furious as everyone was desperate to enter the Royal Rumble match. Nevertheless, The Dudleys planted Viktor with 3D but Swagger pulled Bubba Ray out of the ring. Henry picked up the scraps to book his and Swagger's place in the Rumble.

Before Mark Henry and Rusev's clash at Night of Champions 2014 began, Henry was emotional as Lilian Garcia sang a beautiful rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner. The match was hard-hitting with neither man holding back in this enthralling contest.

The Bulgarian Brute worked on Henry's back throughout the match, and the pendulum swung in Rusev's favor. Henry managed to execute his patented World's Strongest Slam on Rusev but he was selling the effects of a bad back. Rusev continued his dominance, and he eventually prevailed with the Accolade.
