Love Is Blind Season 2 star Shayne Jansen clarifies rumors that he and Shaina Hurley are dating after Natalie Lee left him at the altar.

Shayne Jansen, Natalie Lee, and Shaina Hurley on Love Is Blind season 2

Shaina Hurley's attraction to Shayne Jansen was a major  Love Is Blind season 2 plot point that had fans cringing, but Shayne reassures everyone that there is no possibility of anything romantic between them. Shayne and Natalie Lee were fan-favorites throughout the season and were expected to get married during the finale. O on the other hand, many scoffed at Shaina reluctantly accepting Kyle Abrams' proposal in the pods. Shaina was clear throughout the first episodes about her attraction to Shayne and was clearly disappointed that he proposed to Natalie. Instead of focusing on working on her relationship, viewers watched Shaina leave the Mexico getaway early before finally breaking up with Kyle in Chicago.

Despite saying yes to Kyle, Shaina was seen trying to get in between Shayne and Natalie. During a Love Is Blind cast party, Shaina pulled Shayne aside to talk about their connection privately, but the conversation didn't get far. Beforehand, Natalie told Shayne that Shaina offered to set her up with another person; when Shayne asked, Shania just said the situation was just taken out of context. This didn't fool viewers, especially since Shaina called their relationship a "joke" when she first met Shayne in person. Fans were shocked when Natalie left Shayne at the altar after an untelevised fight the night before and quickly wondered if Shaina had a role to play in the decision.

Addressing his surprising Love Is Blind ending on Instagram, Shayne penned an open letter to Natalie before addressing rumors with him and Shaina. With photos showcasing the couple together, Shayne's caption expresses remorse for his actions towards Natalie and reaffirms his feelings towards her, saying,  "I don’t know what’s next for us but I do know that I will never stop loving you." At the end of his heartfelt declaration, Shayne confirms that he and Shaina are "cordial," but have only hung out with Natalie and the rest of the cast. "We have never had nor will ever have a romantic relationship. I wish [Shaina] all the best," Shayne plainly states after weeks of speculation.

Natalie quickly responded to Shayne's post to the delight of fans, commenting, "You are a better man ❤️." Other Love Is Blind stars left positive notes on Shayne's photo as they showed support for the couple. Deepti Vempati, who left Shake on their wedding day, complimented his heartfelt post. Danielle Ruhl and Nick Thompson, who married during the season 2 finale, also left words of support, with Nick saying that he was "proud" of Shayne. Many fans agree and are happy to know that Shayne remains loyal to Natalie over Shaina. Several users thanked Shayne for finally shutting down Shaina rumors, while others hope that Shayne and Natalie will work things out.

While Love Is Blind season 2 may seem like it ended too fast, there is one more episode to look forward to. Netflix is expected to drop the reunion special on March 4 that will bring the couples and exes together to rehash the season — and reveal where they stand now. It's clear that Shaina has no chance with Shayne, but his relationship with Natalie is still ambiguous. With Shayne, Natalie, and Shaina about to be in the same room, fans are anxious to watch the impending drama unfold.
