The Queen Of Extreme is BACK! And she might be back for a little longer than you think.

Lita made her return to WWE TV during this week's edition of SmackDown on FOX -- just a few days after WWE confirmed that she would be competing in the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble Match.

It all went down at the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska on January 14. The segment began with Michael Cole introducing Lita. Lita's music hit, and the crowd understandably went wild as the WWE Hall of Famer made her way to the ring. As the crowd chanted her name -- loudly -- Cole asked Lita why she decided to enter this year's Rumble. Lita mentioned that she had main-evented Raw and been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, but she's ever competed in a Rumble.

Lita then dropped a bombshell and admitted that she believes she has one more run left in her, implying that her upcoming Rumble appearance isn't a one-off. As the fans were celebrating Lita's announcement, Charlotte Flair's music hit and the SmackDown Women's Champion made her way to the ring to confront the woman who paved the way for Flair and her peers.

Flair grabbed the mic from Cole and proceeded to tease Lita, informing the legend that she was going t eliminate her from the Rumble and pick her own opponent for WrestleMania. But Lita was not phased. She clapped back by mocking Charlotte's big head and comparing her to Tonya Harding. The confrontation got physical after Flair claimed that she was the one who broke and retired Trish Stratus. Lita grabbed Fair and hit her with a Twist of Fate, bringing an end to a very enjoyable segment.

Lita's return to WWE coincides with reports that AEW recently attempted to sign her.

The Royal Rumble premium live event goes down on January 29.
