Since AEW has begun, several former members of the WWE roster have made the move across to join Tony Khan and his wrestling revolution. There has been a range of wrestlers from talent who weren't being booked well such as Tay Conti and Dustin Rhodes to major names like Adam Cole and Bryan Danielson have all crossed the lines.

However, while there are plenty of wrestlers in WWE right now that could be tempted to join AEW in the future such as Kevin Owens, there are many wrestlers who are loyal to Vince McMahon. Because of that, there are plenty of wrestlers who will likely never end up joining AEW at any point in the future.

10 John Cena

John Cena as the Doctor of Thuganomics in WWE.

John Cena is one wrestler who has come out and publicly stated that he will never work for any other promotion than WWE. While that line could easily be broken, when it comes to Cena it is incredibly unlikely that he would decided to work elsewhere.

He has been the face of WWE for a long time and that has created a loyalty and a bond between him and Vince McMahon. Cena is also only a part-time talent now and WWE is always going to have room for him to come and go as he pleases, meaning this arrangement actually works best for him.

9 The Undertaker

the-undertaker

The Undertaker's in-ring career might be over, but there is still value in him as a performer even if he isn't going to wrestle. Because of that, AEW would likely love to work with him, which is why he was originally booked for Starrcast II, which did get people talking about him possibly working with Tony Khan.

However, the fact WWE had him pulled from even appearing at a convention that is closely associated to the company showcases their standing on this. The Deadman is one of the most loyal company men of all time and he will work with WWE until the very end.

8 Edge

Edge wrestling in WWE.

Edge has actually had the opportunity to join AEW when he made his comeback to the ring, as he openly admitted to having a conversation with Tony Khan. However, when he knew wrestling was a possibility, Edge wanted to speak with WWE first as he views the company as his home.

That decision is why he will never follow his former tag team partner to AEW. Edge has a respect for WWE and Vince McMahon, and he is going to work with them until he retires again, where he will then make sporadic appearances as a legend.

7 Bayley

Bayley might be good friends with certain AEW stars such as FTR, but it is hard to see her ever jumping across to work with them. She grew up as a major WWE fan and because of that there is an affiliation to the company that she has within her.

Plus, WWE has always treated Bayley well. She has a great relationship with Triple H and is clearly trusted by Vince McMahon as well. Bayley has had an incredible career already, but that is something that will only continue, and will likely take place with WWE.

6 Rey Mysterio

While Rey Mysterio has walked away from WWE in the past, it is unlikely he will decide to do that again at this stage in his career. Mysterio is seen as a WWE legend and this run feels like it will be his last before retirement, with Rey making the decision to do that with this company.

Adding in the fact his son is now part of the roster, it is unlikely he would want to potentially damage Dominik's chances by working for WWE's direct rival. Because of that, he is set to be a company man for life at this point.

5 Becky Lynch

The Man has been one of the top WWE Superstars over the past five years and that will continue for the forseeable future. It is hard to see Becky Lynch wanting to walk away from WWE considering all the history she has made with the company.

Considering the fact that Seth Rollins (her husband), is also very vocal about WWE being the best company in the world, it's unlikely he will leave either. This is another factor in why Lynch will stick around as she continues to dominate and pave out a fantastic legacy for herself.

4 The Miz

Miz TV on Raw

Out of the current roster there are few people who work harder for WWE than The Miz. He has been a consistent performer throughout his entire career, having just one major injury and even then he still appeared on television. He happily does the media, he's involved in movies, and has his own reality show, all attached with WWE.

The company has led to him meeting his wife and having all the success he does to this day, and few have had a better career in his era. He is a loyal Vince McMahon guy and someone who will go to bat for WWE when needed, which is why he will stick with them no matter what.

3 Kofi Kingston

Kofi Kingston dancing

Kofi Kingston has been working with WWE since 2006 when he joined the developmental system, and after this long it is hard to see him wrestling anywhere else. Kingston has had an amazing career and is one of the most decorated wrestlers of all time.

He is allowed to work with his best friends and be as creative as he likes and it is always clear that Kofi is just having a lot of fun inside the ring. It's unclear how many years the New Day man has ahead of him, but those will be spent with WWE before an eventual Hall Of Fame induction.

2 Roman Reigns

When you are given the keys to the kingdom in the way that Roman Reigns has been, it would be very surprising to see him walk away. WWE has made it clear that they see him as the number one guy in the company, and he can maintain that position for as long as he wants.

While Reigns would likely be booked as a top star in AEW as well, the fact is he has no reason to leave WWE. The company has treated him brilliantly over the years and he has rewarded that loyalty with great performances, which he will continue to do until he hangs up his boots.

1 Randy Orton

Randy Orton cutting a promo

When AEW first began, Randy Orton actually put up a lot of teases about potentially joining the company. However, this was only something done for fun online and when he decided to resign with WWE it became clear he had no interest in joining AEW.

Orton has been working for Vince McMahon his entire life and the chances are that he will stay that way. Orton has no reason to leave the company considering how well he has been treated over his career, with WWE making him a major part of the product on a consistent basis.
