The WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony is always one of the most exciting parts of WrestleMania weekend as the company honors some of the legends that helped to make the industry what it is to this day. This year had a fantastic class with some of the most well-deserving stars being inducted this time around.

Many excellent speeches took place throughout this year with the inductees bringing lots of emotion and excellent stories while those who were inducting them also provided some amazing speeches. Fans were able to showcase their respect while the legends themselves had a night that was truly all about them which they deserved.
10 Jimmy Hart
Jimmy Hart was at the WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony to induct Andy Kaufman on behalf of Jerry Lawler, who wasn't able to be there, and he kept things short and simple. Hart put over just how much the celebrity loved professional wrestling, and he shared a couple of stories about them working together.
While it's a shame that Lawler was unable to be there in person as he would no doubt have been able to give a little more insight about their experiences. Despite that, Hart did a good job as always as he is a talented talker, which led to this being a solid induction speech.
9 Andy Kaufman
Andy Kaufman's induction into the WWE Hall Of Fame is something that people have always wanted to see, and there are few people more deserving of being in the celebrity wing than him. Kaufman's family were on hand to receive the honor, and they made it clear just how much he would have appreciated it.
There weren't as many stories here as people would have hoped to hear, and a little more insight into his life at that time would have been interesting. However, the family aspect as great and there's no doubt that they were touched by the situation.
8 The Great Muta
The Great Muta's speech was short and simple as he admitted that he doesn't speak very good English. However, stating that from the outset and then letting the world know just how much the opportunity meant to him was exactly what the spot needed to be.
Muta did a fantastic job here and it was obvious how much he did appreciate the honor. He came in, said what he needed to, and then spat his mist to an incredible ovation which wrapped up his segment brilliantly.
7 APA
JBL and Ron Simmons were the people in charge of inducting Tim White into the Hall Of Fame to accept the Warrior Award and they did an awesome job of exactly that. The two men clearly had a great connection with White, and they shared plenty of funny stories about their time working with him.
From backstage stories to explaining exactly what White was like as a person, the APA did a great job of letting fans know exactly what type of man he was and why he deserved the induction in the first place.
6 Mick Foley & Torrie Wilson
Mick Foley is an excellent talker, and that was clear once again at this Hall Of Fame ceremony as he joined Torrie Wilson to induct Stacy Keibler into the Hall Of Fame. They were a great combination, as Foley spoke from the heart about the type of person Keibler is, while Wilson shared more detailed stories about her life.
The two of them came together well to create a brilliant speech that was full of heart, and their love and respect for Keibler was clear, which is the ultimate situation that you can get from an induction speech.
5 Tim White
Tim White's brothers were the people who accepted his induction to the Hall Of Fame, and they put together an excellent speech. It was full of emotion which is what this night is all about, and it became clear how much the induction meant to both of them.

One brother brought a little more emotion while the other was celebratory and the combination led to an excellent speech that allowed fans to learn a little bit more about who White was as a person.
4 Stacy Keibler
Stacy Keibler got a huge ovation when she headed out to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame, and she provided a brilliant speech. Keibler truly pushed how much the fans meant to her and the impact that they have on the business itself, which is what these inductions are all about.
Keibler also reminded people of the fact that she was also a fan herself, showcasing photographs of herself when she was in the audience which was a great full-circle moment. It was an excellent speech full of heart, and that's something that the audience really enjoyed hearing.
3 Ric Flair
Ric Flair is one of the best talkers of all time, and that was clear in this speech where he inducted The Great Muta. The Nature Boy worked hard to entertain the audience here, and that is exactly what he did. Flair blended comedy and heart perfectly here as he shared stories from his time in Japan and the people he got to work with.
Flair poked fun at himself throughout, including when Triple H had to cut him off during his own speech which was hilarious. But, he made the focus on Great Muta as explained to fans just how talented he was for those who weren't as well aware of his career while also sharing an emotional story about how Muta looked after his son.
2 Konnan
Konnan's speech was a fantastic one as he inducted his best friend Rey Mysterio and the passion that he put into it truly fired up the audience to want to see Mysterio which was fantastic. Konnan shared a lot of great stories, going into detail about his relationship with Mysterio.

The influence he had on Mysterio's career was obvious, and so was how much the masked wrestler means to him on a personal level. It was an impressive speech and one that fans are always sure to remember.
1 Rey Mysterio
Rey Mysterio was the headline name for the 2023 Hall Of Fame, and he put together an unbelievable speech that recapped his entire career. He went into detail and took his time to go through every beat of his career from starting out as a young teenager all the way through to today.
Mysterio praised many of the legends that he worked with while also going into detail about all aspects of his time in the business. He shared a particularly great story about his wife financially helping him at the start of his career, and it is those emotional moments that helped to make this a special speech.
