7 Bicep Injury - 2002
Following his return to WWE in 2002, Kevin Nash turned on his nWo partner Hulk Hogan alongside Scott Hall after Hogan congratulated The Rock for defeating him at WrestleMania 18.
Shortly after the incident, Kevin Nash's career hit a roadblock when he suffered a biceps injury that took him out of action for several weeks. Nash got sidelined for over three months before he made his return in July 2002.
6 Quad injury - 2002
When Kevin Nash returned in July 2002, he competed in a tag team match on the July 8, 2002, episode of Raw, where he teamed up with Scott Hall, X-Pac, The Big Show, Eddie Guerrero, and another wrestler to take on the team of Booker T, Bubba Ray Dudley, Goldust, Rob Van Dam, and Spike Dudley.
While his team picked up the victory in the match, Kevin Nash sustained a serious injury when he tore his quad mid-way in the contest. 5 Neck Injury - 2003
Following the quad injury, Kevin Nash made his return after nine months in April 2003 and continued to perform on television for four months. He had to take time off after he competed in the World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match at SummerSlam 2003.
Following the event, Kevin Nash stepped away from in-ring competition to undergo neck surgery to repair damages from previous impacts. However, he didn't return to WWE after his recovery, as he parted ways with the company after his contract expired.
He made his return to in-ring competition at an Ultimate Pro Wrestling event in February 2004 before making his TNA debut in November 2004.
4 Staph Infection - 2005
After making his Impact Wrestling debut, Kevin Nash reunited with Scott Hall and aligned themselves with Jeff Jarrett to form the Kings of Wrestling faction.
The group disbanded after Scott Hall left the company in 2005, and Nash decided to go after Jarrett's NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Nash lost his title match against Jarrett at Against All Odds 2005 and then lost a First Blood match against Billy Gunn at Destination X 2005.

After returning from his staph infection in October 2005, Kevin Nash booked a showdown with Jeff Jarrett for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship at the Bound For Glory PPV.

Kevin Nash formed a new alliance with Alex Shelley following his return in 2006 and named their team Paparazzi Productions. They competed in a couple of matches together, and it was at this time when Kevin Nash chose to go after Chris Sabin's X Division Championship.
Kevin Nash was supposed to take on Sabin in a number-one contender's match for the title at the 2006 Hard Justice event. Nash even stated that he would debut an 840° somersault splash during the match, but it never took place as Nash sustained a mysterious neck injury while practicing the move, which resulted in Alex Shelley taking over for his partner.
However, the somersault splash was a cover-up to hide a real-life neck injury, which Nash reportedly sustained while moving furniture in his house. But many claimed that Nash faked the injury to prevent losing to Sabin at the event, but it hasn't been proved.
1 Staph Infection - 2008
Next on the list is the staph infection Kevin Nash contracted in 2008. It happened while he was part of the Main Event Mafia faction alongside Sting, Booker T, Scott Steiner, and Kurt Angle.

Nash was supposed to compete alongside his Main Event Mafia partners in a six-man hardcore match against Mick Foley, AJ Styles, and Brother Devon, but he got pulled out of the event at the last moment after contracting a staph infection.
He got replaced by Cute Kip, but the Main Event Mafia couldn't pick up the win at the event.
