Jon Moxley and Darby Allin met for the first time in the main event of the November 20, 2019, episode of Dynamite, a great match that Mox won. Lance Archer is as ruthless as Jon Moxley in the ring, as they are willing to die to win, or at the very least, to entertain the fans. With that said, it's no wonder this rivalry was brutal. On Dynamite's first anniversary show, Jon Moxley successfully defended the AEW World Title against Lance Archer in a No Disqualification match. However, Archer got his revenge on Dynamite's Fyter Fest 2021 edition, when he defeated Moxley in an amazing Texas Death Match for the IWGP United States Heavyweight Title.

Jon Moxley Bryan Danielson AEW

Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley already had a rivalry in WWE, just under different names and in very different circumstances. Back then they weren't among the best wrestlers in the world, but today they are, and when they faced each other at Revolution 2022 it felt like a dream match. Danielson just wanted to beat Moxley, so he could join him, and they would create a stable to teach violence, but Moxley was the winner of the bout. However, it was William Regal who made the two get along.

5 MJF

Jon Moxley vs MJF All Out

This rivalry was short, but it was excellent. Obviously, MJF did a masterful mic work, cutting a promo claiming Jon Moxley wasn't a leader, but a dog chasing cars. They then spent weeks building up to the rematch, and what a great build it was, and finally at Full Gear 2020, they faced each other again and that match was amazing. Mox prevailed once again.

1 Kenny Omega

Jon Moxley Vs Kenny Omega

This is not only Jon Moxley's best rivalry in AEW, but perhaps the greatest rivalry in the promotion's history. In theory, Jon Moxley is the biggest babyface, and Kenny Omega is the biggest heel. So naturally, this is the ultimate AEW rivalry. They have faced each other in three singles matches, and all three were outstanding, and their match at Full Gear 2019 can be considered an all-time classic. Omega was the one who ended Moxley's world title reign, and Jon will surely get another chance to get revenge.
