Overview

Dr. Sanner-Stiehr's research focuses on sustainability of the nursing workforce. Her research has explored issues of incivility issues of generational work styles, job satisfaction, international perspectives. Currently, Dr. Sanner-Stiehr is involved in an ongoing team-based academic-practice collaboration exploring the nurses' experiences of working during Covid-19. Her work is published in international, peer-reviewed journals and has been presented at conferences to local, regional, national, and international audiences.
