There were huge stakes in the traditional Survivor Series elimination match featuring Eric Bischoff's team and Steve Austin's side at Survivor Series 2003. Bischoff's team featured Christian, Chris Jericho, Mark Henry, Scott Steiner, and Randy Orton. On the opposing team were Shawn Michaels, the Dudley Boyz, Rob Van Dam, and Booker T, who represented Steve Austin.

Christian had a respectable outing here, and he contributed to Bischoff's team immensely. Christian eliminated Bubba Ray after he executed the Unprettier. The deck was stacked against Team Austin, and Shawn Michaels almost pulled off the Houdini act when Michaels eliminated Christian with Sweet Chin Music and Jericho in succession. Ultimately, Team Bischoff prevailed with Orton as the sole survivor.

Christian entered a star-studded 2004 Royal Rumble match as the 22nd entrant. That was a brilliant number for Christian to draw. He worked as a cohesive unit alongside Chris Jericho and they attempted to eliminate Big Show alongside the other participants.

Captain Charisma wouldn't have been pleased with his performance, and his alliance with Jericho backfired. The Rumble is every man for himself but Christian attempted to eliminate Jericho, which proved to be futile as Jericho eliminated Christian from the match.

The rivalry between Christian and Randy Orton was entertaining on SmackDown in 2011, At Over The Limit, Christian was looking to recapture the World Heavyweight Championship from Orton. This is an underrated gem of a title match that barely gets spoken about.

Both competitors threw the kitchen sink at each other, and there was counter after counter. Christian would have regained the World Heavyweight Championship had he executed the Killswitch but the Viper overcame Christian by countering it with the RKO.

No Mercy 1999 featured the first-ever tag team ladder match in WWE history. Christian and Edge battled the Hardy Boyz and it was a career-defining night for both tag teams. Unquestionably, they stole the show in a breathtaking matchup.

Fans were heavily invested, and the winner earned the managerial services of Terri Runnels in the finals of the Terri Runnels Invitational Tournament. There were some excellent spots, and the Hardys prevailed in a war of attrition. All four became stars that night and it was a testament to their greatness to pull it off with tons of pressure on their shoulders.

One of the biggest matches in Christian's career, saw him defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Randy Orton in a No Holds Barred match at SummerSlam 2011. Their chemistry together is unrivaled, and they hit a home run in a superb championship bout.

Neither man held back and kendo sticks amongst other weapons were involved in proceedings. Unfortunately, Christian's world championship reign was short-lived as the Viper executed an RKO with Christian crashing and burning onto the steel steps.

5 Money In The Bank Ladder Match - WrestleMania 21 (9.06)

Christian is a ladder match specialist, and he was presented with an opportunity of a lifetime at WrestleMania 21. He was a participant in the inaugural Money in the Bank ladder match alongside Edge, Chris Jericho, Shelton Benjamin, Chris Benoit, and Kane.

The winner earned a future World Championship title shot, and Captain Charisma had Tyson Tomko in his corner. The action was fast-paced, and Christian came close to retrieving the briefcase. Ultimately, Christian came up short as his former tag team partner Edge prevailed.

4 Christian & Edge Vs. Dudley Boyz Vs. Hardy Boyz - WrestleMania 16 (9.08)

TLC 3 is often forgotten about but it's one of the greatest TLC matches in WWE history. The deck was stacked against Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho in their WWE Tag Team Championship title defense on the May 24, 2001, edition of SmackDown. They defended the gold in a fatal-4-way TLC match against Christian and Edge, the Dudleys, and the Hardys.

The match was excellent and Christian was alert as Jericho applied the Walls of Jericho on Edge. Nonetheless, Christian was put through the table with the Dudleys executing the 3D. It was a valiant effort from all teams involved but Benoit and Jericho retained the WWE Tag Team Championship.

Christian and Edge reignited their feud with the Dudleys and the Hardys and they competed in the first TLC match at SummerSlam 2000. The Hardys were the slight favorites as they had the hometown crowd in North Carolina on their side.

This match was tons of fun and it was everything you'd expect it to have. Christian and Edge were involved in the thick of things, and they retained the WWE Tag Team Championship with the coast was clear after Matt took a brutal back bump and crashed through the tables below.

WrestleMania 17 featured the second TLC match between Christian and Edge, the Dudleys, and the Hardys. Just like WrestleMania 16, the Dudleys entered as the reigning WWE Tag Team Champions. They managed to outdo their previous encounters, and all three teams added something new to the match.

The inclusion of Rhyno, Spike Dudley, and Lita made things interesting. Christian took a bump through a table but he managed to recover. Nonetheless, Christian was hoisted on Rhyno's shoulders, and he managed to unhook the WWE Tag Team Titles to bring home the WWE Tag Team Championship for the seventh and final time.
