A small tweak to someone's appearance can achieve that goal in the business if it is done right, and that has happened countless times over the years in this industry as wrestlers never like to stay still. These changes help to get talent over, and often get the fans talking about them once again. Case in point - Brock Lesnar's glorious ponytail.
10 Brock Lesnar
Nobody ever expected Brock Lesnar to make any changes to his appearance late on in his career because he was set with what he was doing, and it worked well for him. However, he switched things up massively by appearing with a ponytail, which is not what people were expecting.
The new look changed his entire character overall, with Brock tapping into his genuine love of farming and hunting with how he dressed. It was a great change and something that brought tons of energy to him as a performer, which worked out well for him.

Edge is coming into the final few years of his wrestling career, but that hasn't stopped him from changing up his appearance either. He underwent a recent transformation to go along with the darker gimmick that he has decided to create as the leader of Judgment Day.

8 Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho has always been happy to make major changes during his career to remain relevant and fresh, and that has been the case during his latter years with AEW. Jericho has made several tweaks, from putting together a different gimmick to wearing different types of clothing.
However, the most impressive change that Jericho has made is physical. While he was never in bad shape, Jericho decided to transform himself by getting into fantastic shape, and that is something that had helped him to look just as good as the younger names on the roster.

Matt Hardy is another wrestler that has gone through plenty of gimmicks during his career, but there is no doubt that is now coming to the end. That saw him make a huge change overall as he became Broken Matt, which was not just a change in terms of his personality, but also his appearance.
