One of the most shocking moments of Season 5 of "Below Deck Mediterranean" came when chief stewardess Hannah Ferrier was fired by Captain Sandy Yawn. Fellow crew member Malia White reported Ferrier as having Valium and a CBD vape pen. Though the firing happened over a year ago, Captain Sandy told Us Weekly that Ferrier was "still angry" with her for ending her five-season run on the show in such a way.

As Ferrier told Peninsula Living (via the Daily Mail). "It was really upsetting at the time, especially after being on the show for so many years and knowing that it wasn't a hidden fact that I suffered from anxiety and had anti-anxiety medication. I didn't like that it was presented as I had drugs on board, because I don't like that stigma."

Since the show, however, Ferrier has become a mother and is engaged to Josh Roberts. The family lives in Sydney, Australia, according to Bravo. Contrary to the fact that the crew was spotted filming the Season 7 of the show in Malta, the Daily Mail reported in September that Ferrier was caught seemingly leading her own crew onboard a yacht in Australia. As the publication warned, fans should not get their hopes up that Ferrier might be returning to the series.
