Retired NSA operative Sam Fisher is roped into a secret division of his former employer, known as the Splinter Cell initiative. Sam, now a member of the top espionage division of the United States, must contain a terrorist organization known as the Darah Dan Doa, led by ruthless former military operative Suhadi Sadono. Sadono, vengeful of capitalist countries, vows to unleash a controlled strain of smallpox, under the codename of "Pandora Tomorrow".
