Vince McMahon and WWE know what it's like to be sued. It's something that the two have been through many times over the decades, from lawsuits brought by former employees, other wrestlers over past injuries, CM Punk's infamous lawsuit, and ones even brought by fans for injuries suffered at WWE events. Some have had great merit while others have been rather strange.

Chalk up the latest lawsuit to the latter category. Mike Johnson of PWInsider broke the news that WWE and Vince McMahon have had a new bizarre lawsuit filed against them. It was brought before the United States District Court of The Western District of Pennsylvania by Dana W. Wiley, alleging breach of contract and failure to reimburse a $5,500 "down payment hangout, what app email contract to personal fan meet World Wrestling Entertainment employee Alexia (sic) Bliss" on 6/30.

The handwritten lawsuit claims as well that McMahon breached an agreement for Wiley to become a WWE employee with a monthly salary of $70,000. The lawsuit accuses WWE and McMahon of discrimination, saying, "Plaintiff was arrested and charge (sic) for attempted homicide, aggravate (sic) assault against New Castle, Pennsylvania Law Enforcement on 10/22/22 order the United States Secret Service and Pennsylvania State Police Troop, D. major case team to possess a warrant to unlawful seized Search I, Plaintiff phone device and property in conspiracy theory plot to obstruct and destroy any evidence supporting these facts that World Wrestling Entertainment employee Alexia (sic) Bliss email text to I, Plaintiff hangout, what app email business accounts."

Wiley's lawsuit seeks $6 million for breach of contract as well as complete legal fee reimbursement.

WWE & Vince McMahon Have Been Sued By This Same Person Before

Dana W. Wiley sued Vince McMahon before, along with members of DX and the NWO, claiming that he'd signed a fair use contract for the trademarks of DX and NWO back in 1995 on the steps of a New Castle, PA courthouse after he was sentenced "in an unrelated criminal case" but was ignored and not paid for over 20 years. That lawsuit was dismissed.

How seriously the lawsuit will be taken remains to be seen, but it's just the latest troubles for Vince McMahon. News came out a few days ago that a WWE earnings report revealed that law enforcement had executed a search warrant against McMahon and served him with a federal grand jury subpoena. WWE CEO Nick Khan declined to comment on what the search warrant and subpoena were about.

It hasn't been a lot of good news lately for Vince McMahon. Outside of his legal woes, he also recently underwent a serious spinal surgery that forced him to take a hiatus from WWE.
