Monday Night Raw closed with a big twist as WWE official Adam Pearce fired The All Mighty after he put his hands on a WWE referee and then Pearce himself. Lashley had just lost the chance to compete for the United States Championship when he was on the receiving end of a Pedigree and he was clearly frustrated, overstepping and getting himself released in the process. It's not entirely clear where this storyline is going, but it's certainly an intriguing development and it seems to come out of left field. Lashley is one of the top stars on Raw and the fact he even took a pin was a bit surprising. After he knocked down an official, Pearce ran down to the ring and confronted Lashley saying, "I warned you" and "we just talked about this." He added, "I told you my hands were going to be tied" and that's when Lashley shoved Pearce into the barricade. Pearce rebounded and went straight for Lashley, calling him a mother f----- and then doing his best Vince McMahon impersonation by firing Lashley on the spot.

Lashley was shocked to see Pearce actually fire him and said, "I'm what?" and the show ended. To see that he's been fired after the match is even more confusing. And, the fact that Pearce called Lashley and while doing so was really odd.

Where Is All Of This Going?

Is this Lashley making a big heel turn? Is he taking some time off? Is this setting up a feud between Lashley and Brock Lesnar or someone else and the firing is an important part of it? Could he reunite The Hurt Business? WWE doesn't end WWE Raw this way unless there's some kind of major plan.
