Spring Colors
Although we love a mixmatched cottagecore room, that doesn’t mean you can’t use a more intentional color palette. In this bedroom from @johnstonparkeinteriors, blue and yellow are the dominant colors. The yellow gingham headboard ties in perfectly with the yellow flowers on the wallpaper. Mix patterns to keep the space from looking too matchy and help achieve that collected cottage look.

Nature Inspired
This gorgeous kids’ room from @johannacryer has all the key elements of cottagecore design, including: mixing patterns, layers of texture, nature-inspired textiles and eclectic furniture pieces. The pop of burnt orange in the bed canopy adds visual interest, and makes the whole room feel even more dreamy.
What We Like About It: The moody cottage vibe. This space would make any child’s storybook cottage dreams come true!
