Mickie James and Alicia Fox met many years ago when they both worked for Florida Championship Wrestling. They hit it off right from the start. Then they also worked together on WWE's main roster. Over the years, their friendship bond became so strong that they seem like inseparable friends.
Mickie and Alicia also had screen time together on several occasions. For example, at the 2018 Evolution PPV, Mickie James and Alicia Fox teamed up to face Trish Stratus and Lita. Despite the loss, James and Fox surely enjoyed that moment a lot.

According to a report by Wrestling Inc, Mickie James and Batista hated each other in the late 2000s. In fact, Mickie said that, before pairing up with Batista, she would hit her head against a brick wall. Also, rumors say that Batista threatened to leave WWE if she wasn't fired.
To make matters worse, according to Brian Kendrick, The Animal printed out nude photos of Mickie James and plastered them on the locker room walls. The real reason why they hated each other is unknown, but it had to be something very serious.
7 Loves: Alexa Bliss
Mickie James and Alexa Bliss worked together many times. They had an interesting feud that led them to fight for the Raw Women's Title at TLC 2017, but they also teamed up on several occasions. It seems like Alexa and Mickie spent so much time together that they developed a good friendship.

They have posted photos together on social media and it is evident that they respect each other. In addition, Mickie James surely helped Alexa Bliss a lot with her in-ring skills, because at that time Alexa showed a great improvement in that aspect.

Mickie James cheated on Kenny Dykstra with John Cena, which was a total scandal and tarnished James' reputation. However, John Cena apparently didn't want a relationship with Mickie and married Liz Huberdeau. That broke Mickie's heart and she simply could not accept that Cena was with another woman.
Mickie James was later transferred to SmackDown so she wouldn't be around Cena and both could have a more favorable working environment. This is said to be what led to that infamous "Piggy James" storyline and, consequently, she was released from her WWE contract.
5 Loves: Charlotte & Ric Flair
One of the greatest wrestlers of all time, Ric Flair, asked Mickie James to train his daughter Charlotte along with Victoria. Flair felt that Mickie and Victoria were the right ones to do it because he recognized their talent and respected them so much.
However, Mickie was unable to train Charlotte Flair properly because the latter was injured. Over the years, James saw Charlotte grow up and grew fond of her, even admiring her. "She's so good. Love that woman. I love and have so much respect for her," Mickie said on an episode of GAW TV.

Mickie James and Becky Lynch always kept their distance from each other. They never got along. It seems that Mickie James never agreed with Becky’s nickname, The Man. In fact, they once exchanged a few words on Twitter for that reason.

Lynch replied by saying that it was not the first time that James went after the top superstar to further her career. Did Becky hint that Mickie dated John Cena just to boost her career? Well yes, indeed.

Trish Stratus was one of the best opponents of Mickie James' career, hands down. They collided at WrestleMania 22 in a match for the Women's Title, which was one of the best women's matches in WWE history.
However, all that hatred was only on-screen because in the locker room they spent time together, had fun, and supported each other. Trish Stratus is one of Mickie James's closest friends and they still keep in touch today.
2 Doesn’t: Melina
It's no secret that Melina had issues with several of her peers, including Mickie James. Melina allegedly made disrespectful comments about Mickie in a blog post on her website.
Mickie James didn't respond publicly, and thank goodness she didn't, as it wasn't worth making the problem bigger. The important thing is that they seem to have left all that in the past and are at peace today. In fact, they have recently been interacting on Twitter.

Likewise, The Boss admires Mickie James. “Mickie, you and Trish have no idea what you did for me as a little girl. How much you inspired me to be here and gave me so much hope," Banks said on WWE Network.
