In recent years, WWE has added a new highway to the road to WrestleMania by having its women compete inside the Elimination Chamber. In 2018, Alexa Bliss became the first woman to win a Chamber match, retaining her Raw Women's Championship in the process. And just last year, Bayley and Sasha Banks outlasted five other teams inside the Chamber to become the first WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.

No doubt, the women of WWE will play a major factor in this year's Elimination Chamber match. As for what will be on the line or who will compete has yet to be determined. But with only six slots available, space is limited. With that in mind, here are five women we want to see inside the Elimination Chamber, and five we don't.

10 Leave Her Out: Lana

Lana is the big winner coming out of her feuds with Rusev and Liv Morgan. Since last fall, Lana has been a featured player on Raw, tormenting her "ex-husband" and fans alike with her supreme arrogance and grating personality.

In the ring, Lana hasn't done much. She lost to Liv Morgan on a recent episode of Raw, and it's unclear what's next for her. Lana could be in line for a title push in the future if her character can maintain its momentum. Losing in the Chamber won't increase her stock, so it makes more sense to leave Lana out.

9 Put Her In: Bayley

Bayley's run as the Smackdown Women's Champion has been underwhelming. Despite a heel turn and victories over Charlotte Flair and Lacey Evans, Bayley's title reign has been rather meh.

But a solid performance inside the Elimination Chamber could be what Bayley needs to give her character a spark. And with the proper storytelling, Bayley might find her WrestleMania opponent inside the Chamber.

8 Leave Her Out: Sasha Banks

It's still jarring to see The Boss playing sidekick to Bayley. Sasha Banks excels best when she's front and center, not hidden away as someone's lackey. Now, mixing Banks and Bayley in a Chamber match may seem like a good idea, but WWE might have a better story unfolding.

At times, it feels like Banks is waiting for the right moment to stick the knife in Bayley's back. Putting them together inside the Elimination Chamber seems like an obvious opportunity for Banks to do that. But if WWE can hold off on such a move, they can maximize the impact of Banks betrayal down the line.

7 Put Her In: Mandy Rose

WWE often hypes the Elimination Chamber as being this unforgiving structure, where dreams are shattered and bodies are broken. It's violent and ugly, the exact opposite of Mandy Rose.

But after watching Otis come to her rescue at the Royal Rumble, it'd be interesting to see what Otis will do to protect Rose in this match. Also fun to watch for is to see what Sonya Deville might do to match Otis' efforts.

6 Leave Her Out: Liv Morgan

For a brief moment, the world looked to be all sunshine and rainbows for Liv Morgan. After beating Lana on Raw, she was immediately greeted by her old Riott Squad partner Ruby Riott. But for reasons not yet explained, Riott attacked Morgan.

While this angle is a great setup for a singles feud between the two, Morgan's done nothing since returning to WWE. She was thought to be in line for a significant push. Instead, she was crammed into the Rusev-Lana-Lashley story. Minus her win over Lana, Morgan hasn't been portrayed as a compelling character fans would want to see compete in the Chamber.

5 Put Her In: Asuka

Since embracing the dark side, Asuka has been reminding fans just how great the former NXT and Smackdown Women's Champion truly is. Her in-ring work has been as solid as ever, and her promos, often spoken in Japanese, are better than most wrestler's promos spoken in English.

Adding Asuka to a women's Elimination Chamber bolsters the match's claim to being a ruthless event. Surrounded by endless steel with plexiglass pods in every corner, Asuka's savagery could reach whole new levels.

4 Leave Her Out: Kairi Sane

As for Asuka's partner in the Kabuki Warriors, it might be best for Kairi Sane to sit this one out. Not because she's flat as a character or performer. On the contrary, as Sane's aerial ability and fearlessness make her a welcome addition to the Chamber.

Rather, this is about Sane's safety. The Pirate Princess recently returned to action after suffering an injury at the TLC pay-per-view in December. The injury was believed to be a concussion, though that hasn't been confirmed. But if true, it makes sense to sideline Sane rather than toss her into the chaos that is the Elimination Chamber.

3 Put Her In: Shayna Baszler

After taking a bite out of Becky Lynch on Raw, Shayna Baszler's appearance inside the Elimination Chamber is a must. A former MMA fighter, Baszler is no stranger to being locked inside of a cage.

Despite her assault on Lynch, Baszler needs a statement victory to show why she deserves a shot at the Raw Women's Championship. Fully displaying her brand of violence inside WWE's devilish structure will further Baszler's campaign towards a WrestleMania showdown with The Man.

2 Leave Her Out: Sarah Logan

Coming into the 2020 RoyalRumble, Sarah Logan showed up on Raw and immediately got into it with Charlotte Flair. Their exchanges were especially exciting because of the ferocity in which Logan came at Flair.

But Flair quickly dispatched of Logan, and now Rhea Ripley has done the same. Any fire that Logan displayed has been extinguished. Logan will have to reestablish her credibility before being added to a match such as the Chamber.

1 Put Her In: Natalya

The Elimination Chamber needs Natalya. From a spectator's perspective, the Queen of Harts not only adds star power to the Chamber, but a level of rugged authenticity that a match such as this calls for.

From a performer's viewpoint, Natalya is a ring general. Often tasked with leading others,  Natalya's presence will ensure that the action flows seamlessly, making this a better experience for both fans and its performers.
