Since 2018, WWE has held premium live events in Saudi Arabia. WWE generally visits the country a least twice a year but because of the COVID-19 pandemic, they only did one event in 2020 and one in 2021. However, there have been several groundbreaking moments in Saudi Arabia with women competing in the Asian country which is a huge deal. Moreover, some cards in Saudi Arabia have been full of star power with several of WWE's top-tier talents getting a hefty paycheck.

Ronda Rousey & Naomi v Charlotte Flair & Sonya Deville Elimination Chamber 2022 Cropped

Despite Elimination Chamber 2022 taking place a year ago, it's easy to forget that the winner of the 2022 women's Royal Rumble match Ronda Rousey teamed up with Naomi. They collided with the SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville, who had her arm in a sling all thanks to the Baddest Woman on the Planet.

Rousey had one hand tied behind her back and it was the first time that she had competed in Saudi. Nevertheless, fighting with one arm didn't deter Rousey in the slightest as she forced Deville to submit to the armbar to pick up the victory for herself and Naomi.

The Undertaker was scheduled to face Chris Jericho in a casket match at the Greatest Royal Rumble 2018, which was WWE's first premium live event in Saudi Arabia. However, the six-time WWE World Champion was replaced by Rusev.

8 Team Hogan Vs. Team Flair - Crown Jewel 2019

Going into battle for Hogan's team were Roman Reigns, Ricochet, Mustafa Ali, Shorty G, and Rusev. They were pitted against Flair's team comprised of Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, King Corbin, and Shinsuke Nakamura.

This match lasted almost 20 minutes and there was nothing noteworthy that happened in this match with Team Hogan victorious as Reigns executed the Spear on Orton.

However, five days later, Damage CTRL were looking to regain their titles, and it was a historic match as it was the first time that the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship was being defended in Saudi Arabia.

This match is forgotten about as Roman Reigns and Logan Paul's match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, and their Damage CTRL stablemate Bayley's Last Woman Standing match with Bianca Belair for the Raw Women's Championship was memorable. It was a competitive Tag Team Championship match with Kai and Sky regaining their titles with outside interference from Nikki Cross.

Humberto Carrillo won a 20-man Battle Royal on the pre-show at Crown Jewel 2019 earning the right to face AJ Styles for the WWE United States Championship. Carrillo is an underrated wrestler and this is one of the biggest matches in his WWE career going toe-to-toe with the two-time WWE Champion.

Styles wasn't at ringside alone as his O.C. stablemates Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows were in his corner. It was a valiant effort from Carrillo, but it was no surprise that Styles was going to retain his US Championship with the Phenomenal Forearm.

Unfortunately, their one-on-one meeting isn't remembered despite having a good match but they fought a plethora of times before this. Nonetheless, Garza got a win over his cousin with a rollup.

1 Brock Lesnar Vs. Ricochet - Super ShowDown 2020

Another forgettable match at Super ShowDown 2020 was Brock Lesnar's WWE Championship match with Ricochet. This could have been a good match had Ricochet been allowed to showcase his potential, but it wasn't meant to be.

The Beast Incarnate executed a trio of German suplexes in succession, and an F-5 was enough for Lesnar to get the job done by retaining the WWE Championship by hardly breaking a sweat in just 90 seconds.
