Social media isn't always an easy place to navigate, but for professional wrestlers, it has become quite important nowadays. Being able to build a brand and connect with fans on a deeper level is something that social media has been great for, and there are plenty of wrestlers who utilize it as a tool really well.

Whether it's The Rock updating the world about his life and sharing cheat meals, Big E cracking jokes, or Edge interacting with fans, some wrestlers really get it. However, on the flip side to that, there are some wrestlers who just aren't great at social media and are better off not following.

10 Brock Lesnar

It is very clear that Brock Lesnar only has a Twitter account because WWE made him create one, and it's almost a guarantee that he's never actually been on it. Lesnar is a very private person, and because of that, he has no interest in sharing moments of his life on social media.

His account just retweets things that Paul Heyman's social media puts out, with Brock only sharing them when it relates to his appearances. It's a fairly pointless account, but if you want to be up-to-date on when Lesnar is advertised to appear, then it won't disappoint.

9 Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins is clearly very passionate about his work and WWE, but he's put across his love in the wrong ways sometimes on social media. Whether it's calling out CM Punk for a match or going on major rants about Dave Meltzer's star ratings, his account can be fairly annoying.

However, the worst moment was when he decided to get into a squabble with Will Ospreay on social media, having an online argument. It eventually led to Rollins bragging about how rich he is, which isn't a good look for anybody, with Seth being best off just sticking to sharing his workouts on Instagram.

8 Will Ospreay

Speaking of Seth Rollins' online argument, the man that he got into that with, Will Ospreay, isn't any better on social media. Ospreay often finds himself making poor comments that lead to arguments, with fans ending up frustrated by following him.

Ospreay has often come out with poor comments and got himself into debates, which did lead to him going off social media for a while. Thankfully, since his return, he's calmed down, but you never know when that might change.

7 The Undertaker

There is just something completely wrong with seeing The Undertaker on social media. The character was such a heavily protected one that having him pop up and share images of himself with a tiger totally smashes the aura surrounding him.

He isn't someone who posts frequently, which isn't a good thing for those who do want to see what The Deadman is really like. However, for a lot of fans, the glimpse at the real man behind the gimmick is something they don't want to experience.

6 Iron Sheik

Iron Sheik

There's plenty of moments when Iron Sheik is very funny on social media, but ultimately, he's not great at using it. Sheik keeps up his persona of simply screaming and arguing at people, and it can be funny to see take place.

This is the way that The Iron Sheik is, however, it doesn't necessarily translate brilliantly to social media. However, some fans will find joy in it, while others will hate it.

5 Ryback

Ryback

Much like Iron Sheik, some people will love Ryback's social media, while others won't understand it. Ryback often spends a lot of his time on social media venting and swearing about different situations, which isn't the most exciting thing to see all of the time.

He also posts quite odd videos screaming about different things, while he shares footage of himself eating insane amounts of food from places like McDonald's. It's certainly not the type of account that you'd expect, and it's not for everyone.

4 Hulk Hogan

Hulk Hogan certainly tries his best when it comes to social media, but he's just not very good at it. He interacts with a lot of people, but the problem is that The Hulkster often doesn't check what he's interacting with.

He will respond proudly to anything, and that has led to him being fooled by some trolls as he responds to criminals and people who have done horrible crimes.

3 Marty Jannetty

He's given plenty of secrets about his personal life to the world, which included issues of his love life and comments that actually led to police investigations. He's someone that doesn't post great content and isn't the best to be following.

2 Sabu

Sabu might be a wrestling legend and someone who ECW fans certainly have a fond spot for, but on social media, he has shown a side of himself that people have not appreciated, which led to his accounts being banned for a period of time.

His comments have often been hateful and left a lot of fans feeling let down by him. He has lost a lot of fans over his social media behavior, and he is someone to avoid following.

1 Val Venis

Without a doubt, the worst wrestler on social media is Val Venis. There's a reason he is constantly having his account banned by Twitter, and that's because of the horrendous things that he shares.

Venis has no problem in showcasing his true feelings about matters, no matter how offensive they might be. He often shares conspiracy theories and angers a lot of people, making him someone that isn't worthy of a follow.
