Maintaining a proper physique is one of the common requirements for a wrestler to have a lengthy career inside the ring. The wrestlers undergo rigorous training and stick to certain diets throughout their in-ring careers to stick to the same physique. However, when the performers hang up their boots for good and settle into their retired lives, some decide to shed a few pounds and loosen up their bodies, while some continue to train hard to maintain the same muscular physique.
