Glenn Jacobs, the wrestler behind Isaac Yankem, DDS, is popular as Kane, who is among the most recognized characters of WWE. However, before having a Hall of Fame career as Kane, he was struggling in WWE, and he portrayed a ridiculous character, called "Isaac Yankem DDS", during the New Generation Era.

He made his first appearance as Isaac in 1995, as a dentist character. He was introduced by Jerry Lawler, and he naturally feuded with Bret Hart, and had a match with him at SummerSlam 1995. The character was a complete failure, and fans did not care about it at all. The gimmick was thus dropped soon, and he eventually became Kane in 1997.

He was very limited, and an unsafe worker in the ring. However, WWE decided to push him, and even made him the 1995 King of the Ring winner. He would also challenge Diesel for the WWE Title at SummerSlam 1995. It was obviously a bad decision to push him, and the decision didn't sit well with the fans, and Mabel got hated.
