Not every wrestler can be a brilliant talker, as it is a skill that can take time to develop and isn't something that comes naturally to everybody. While some wrestlers are known for cutting amazing promos on a regular basis, creating iconic quotes throughout their careers, others aren't.

While everyone can try to cut promos, many go through their entire careers without cutting any that are overly memorable. However, even some of the weaker talkers in WWE history have been able to come up with some iconic quotes from time to time, being able to showcase their ability on the microphone when given the chance.

10 Goldberg: "Not Only Does That Mean That You're Next, But Most Importantly, Brock Lesnar, You're Last."

Promos are not an area that Goldberg has ever really thrived in, yet he has been able to cut a couple of great ones throughout his career. One of those was upon his return to WWE when he answered Brock Lesnar's challenge.

Goldberg made it clear that Brock wasn't just next, but he was last. While that didn't turn out to actually be accurate, it did create an amazing moment that fans loved. It made his return feel even more special overall.

9 Jeff Hardy: "It's Not Goodbye Forever."

Goodbye speeches always have the potential to become iconic, especially when they're being cut by someone as popular as Jeff Hardy. After his storyline with CM Punk saw him lose his WWE career, he took the chance to speak with the fans.

Jeff spoke from the heart and was very open with the audience, making it clear he was going away. However, he admitted it wasn't goodbye forever, which is something WWE fans clung to massively. Thankfully, Hardy was true to his word.

8 Brock Lesnar: "Suplex City, B*tch."

Brock Lesnar is one of the worst talkers in WWE history, which is why he has rarely been shown on his own. His greatest quote didn't even come with a microphone on his hand either, and it actually took place mid-match with some trash talking.

At WrestleMania 31, Lesnar launched Roman Reigns around the ring and uttered a phrase that would go on to be iconic. He would use it in later promos and sell plenty of merchandise around it, making it one of the industry's most iconic phrases.

Bret Hart wasn't a bad talker by any stretch of the imagination, but he also wasn't someone who would be cutting entertaining promos on a regular basis. However, when he wanted to be egotistical and arrogant, the Hitman could do it better than most.

This eventually led to this iconic phrase being uttered, which is one of the greatest catchphrases in wrestling history. Everybody knows this phrase, which has had a long-lasting impact, which is a credit to the Excellence of Execution.

6 Randy Orton: "I Am The Chosen One. Then, Now, And Forever."

Mark Henry

Mark Henry was a long-term WWE Superstar, but he was never somebody who got tons of promo time. He always had charisma and personality, but it wasn't always showcased. That change during his Hall Of Pain run though, when Henry made himself known to the wrestling world.

His iconic catchphrase of, "That's what I do!" became a calling card for him, and did end up being one that fans still remember to this day. He was able to prove himself as a dominant star and this phrase just went along with it perfectly.

4 Roman Reigns: "It's My Yard Now."

Roman Reigns has certainly improved as a talker, becoming one of the industry's greatest promos as the Tribal Chief. However, back when he was still struggling as a face, Roman was able to cut an iconic promo with just one phrase.

The night after he defeated The Undertaker at WrestleMania, Roman came out and made a quick statement that gained him huge heat. It is a phrase that took Reigns to the next level as a talent, and it was an amazing, yet simple promo.

3 Heath Slater: "I've Got Kids."

Shane McMahon has cut plenty of promos across his career, but he isn't quite as strong ain that department as his sister and father are. Shane often bumbles his way through promos, which can be quite awkward to listen to at times.

However, the night that Shane took over WCW, he was able to deliver an excellent promo. Telling Vince that the contract said McMahon, but it read 'Shane McMahon' was a fun moment and one that has gone down in wrestling history.

1 The Undertaker: "I'm Still Down With The Devil, And I Will Go Medieval On Your Ass."

The Undertaker promo to The Rock

The Undertaker could talk, but because of his character, he was always limited in terms of what he could do on the mic. However, during his American Badass phase, he got more chances to cut loose, which led to an amazing promo against The Rock.

Going toe to toe with one of the best talkers of all time isn't an easy situation. However, The Undertaker spent this entire segment running down the People's Champion in what was a tremendous promo that showed exactly what he could do.
