Every wrestler is aiming to make an impact no matter where they work, but some specific bookers know how to get the best out of different wrestlers due to their styles, or the connection that they have. One wrestler might be great working for one booker, while another doesn't know how to get the best out of them.

Every booker has their personal favorites, and that has been the case throughout the history of this business, which is one of the reasons why certain wrestlers choose to stick around in one specific place, or move on when they get the chance.

10 Adam Cole (Triple H)

Adam Cole is a fantastic wrestler who has had the chance to work all around the world for a variety of different promotions, and he has managed to enjoy great success in all of them. However, out of the bunch, there is no doubt that Triple H has been the best booker fr his career.

The Game and Cole put together plenty of great moments together in NXT, with Triple H making him the focal point of the brand. As the leader of the Undisputed Era, Cole was seen as one of the biggest stars in the industry, and that is something that he hasn't been able to come close to before or since.

9 Bryan Danielson (Vince McMahon)

Bryan Danielson has been one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, and his abilities have gotten him over no matter where he has worked. He thrived in Ring Of Honor and has proven to be a great star in AEW so far as well, but it is Vince McMahon that got the best out of him as a talent.

While it didn't seem like that would be the case at the start of his career, Vince certainly ended up growing to love Bryan as he pushed him to the main event level. The two grew a great bond backstage in the process, with Bryan becoming one of the biggest names in the sport because of Vince's booking.

8 Juice Robinson (Gedo)

Juice Robinson got the chance to work for WWE when he was developing in the business, but he wasn't able to make a mark in NXT despite the in-ring ability he has. However, since moving to New Japan Pro Wrestling all of that has changed, with Robinson becoming one of the top stars in the industry.

His charisma has been able to shine through, while his in-ring work has played a key part in that, putting together a lot of great moments for the promotion. Gedo has seen his talent and tried to make the most out of it, which showcases the connection that they have.

7 Sting (Eric Bischoff)

Sting is a wrestling icon, and throughout his time in the business, he has worked for a wide variety of different bookers. There is no doubt that Tony Khan is doing a great job with him right now, however, Sting isn't able to work at his absolute best for the AEW President because of his age.

However, that wasn't the case when he was on top of the industry creating his legendary status as a member of the WCW roster. Eric Bischoff knew that Sting was a star, and he pushed him to the top of the business to reflect that.

6 Samoa Joe (Gabe Sapolsky)

Gabe Sapolsky is a great booker, and he showcased that during his time in charge of Ring Of Honor, which brought out some of the greatest years in the history of the promotion. Samoa Joe was a key man during that time, and his run in ROH is arguably the best time for him as a wrestler.

He was booked as a main event monster that put together incredible performances, and that helped to drive the company forward as well. Sapolsky was also part of the NXT creative team as well, once again making Joe one of the top stars on the brand.

5 Johnny Gargano (Triple H)

Johnny Gargano has always been able to put together great performances wherever he has worked, but it is in WWE where he took his name to the next level. Triple H saw the potential in him as a main event star, and he ensured that he looked that way during his time in NXT.

Gargano held every championship possible on the black and gold brand, and he was always made to look fantastic with a variety of character changes. The fact he also returned to WWE as soon as Triple H took charge on the main roster showcases the bond that they have.

However, there can be no denying that Vince McMahon has been his best booker, with the former WWE Chairman having a great bond with him.

The two men got along outside of the ring, which always helps make chemistry with the booking decisions. Mr. McMahon pushed Jericho heavily throughout his time in the business, helping to make him a main event star, which completely changed his career.

3 Bully Ray (Paul Heyman)

He has competed in every top promotion possible, but people still remember him specifically for one thing, and that is his time in ECW, where Paul Heyman was in charge.

Heyman and Bully have fantastic chemistry together, and they had a great business relationship that helped to drive each other, and the company forward. That is why Heyman ended up being his best booker, simply because The Dudley Boyz were at an elite level at that point.

2 Jon Moxley (Tony Khan)

Jon Moxley had an exceptional career in WWE, being part of an iconic faction in The Shield while he eventually reached the top of the industry by becoming the WWE Champion. However, his time in AEW has proven just how exciting he can be, with Tony Khan truly getting the best out of him.

Moxley was able to take all the star power he had, and the fan support while also being able to truly be himself. Khan hasn't put any restrictions on him like others have done, with his aggressive side coming out in the best way possible.

Kenny Omega is another wrestler that has been booked very well by Tony Khan, as he has been positioned as a top-tier star in AEW. However, there's no doubt that he was at his absolute best when working in New Japan Pro Wrestling, with Gedo getting the best out of him.

New Japan was at its hottest when Omega was there working as the main event name, and this is where he was able to put together some of the greatest wrestling matches of all time, particularly when Bullet Club was at its peak.
