Mark Henry had a legendary career with WWE, that put him in the Hall Of Fame in 2018. Henry first appeared with WWE in 1996, and for the next two decades, he would entertain WWE fans until retiring in 2017. He first found fame with the ever-popular Sexual Chocolate gimmick and then found the most success of his career with his Hall Of Pain gimmick.

Henry was a three-time champion in WWE, including a two-time World Champion. As one of the greatest big men to ever step into a WWE ring, Henry put on a bunch of great matches over the course of his career that fans will always remember him for.

10 Mark Henry Vs. Sheamus - SummerSlam (2011)

In 2011, Mark Henry introduced the Hall Of Pain gimmick. This chapter of his career saw Henry compete in some of his greatest matches and achieve his greatest accomplishment. At the very beginning of this run, Henry competed against Sheamus in a match at SummerSlam 2011.

This match was an all-out brawl, and Henry was impressive throughout. The most memorable part of the match was the conclusion of it when Henry slammed Sheamus through the ringside barricade. Sheamus was unable to make it back into the ring and Henry won by count-out.

9 Mark Henry Vs. Matt Hardy - No Mercy (2008)

In the 2008 WWE Supplemental Draft, Mark Henry was drafted to ECW. It didn't take him long to make an impact as he won the ECW Championship in his debut match on the brand. Henry ended up losing the title to Matt Hardy in the ECW Championship Scramble at Unforgiven 2008, which set up a title match between the two at No Mercy 2008.

The match ended up being a good David vs Goliath affair, with the crowd completely behind Hardy. Hardy worked on Henry's leg the entire match and it eventually helped him win as he delivered a Twist of Fate to get the 3 count and retain the ECW Title.

8 Elimination Chamber Match - Elimination Chamber (2013)

On the February 8th, 2013 episode of SmackDown, Mark Henry defeated Randy Orton to earn a spot in the Elimination Chamber match at Elimination Chamber 2013. In this match, Henry, Orton, Jack Swagger, Chris Jericho, Kane, and Daniel Bryan competed to earn a match for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 29.

The entire match was great and Henry looked dominant. He entered the match last and quickly eliminated Daniel Bryan and then Kane. It took Jericho hitting Henry with a Codebreaker followed by Orton hitting him with an RKO to eliminate him. This match played to Henry's strengths brilliantly and was one of his last great matches.

7 Mark Henry Vs. Big Show Vs. Daniel Bryan - Royal Rumble (2012)

At TLC 2011, Big Show defeated Henry for the World Heavyweight Championship which was quickly followed up by Bryan cashing in Money In The Bank and winning the title from Big Show.

This set up a Triple Threat Steel Cage match at Royal Rumble 2012 between the three men. It ended up starting the night off with a bang. Each man played his role perfectly. Henry gave it everything he had but it was Bryan who retained the title.

6 Mark Henry Vs. Rey Mysterio - SmackDown (January 20, 2006)

On the January 20th, 2006 episode of SmackDown, Mark Henry took on Rey Mysterio in a match where the winner gets a World Heavyweight Championship match against Kurt Angle at Royal Rumble 2006.

This turned out to be a good technical match with great ring psychology. Henry was in control through much of it but Mysterio kept rallying. In the end, Henry was just too much for Mysterio and put him away with the World's Strongest Slam.

5 Mark Henry Vs. CM Punk - Raw (April 2, 2012)

After WrestleMania 28, Henry entered a mini-feud with CM Punk over the WWE Championship. Their first match for the title happened on the April 2nd, 2012 episode of Raw.

The crowd was completely engaged from start to finish which only helped this match. Henry and Punk told a good story and Henry looked like an absolute monster throughout. He actually pulled out the surprising victory, but Punk still retained the WWE Title because it was by count-out.

4 Mark Henry Vs. Randy Orton - Night Of Champions (2011)

This was easily the most important match of Mark Henry's career. For months, Henry was built up as an unbeatable monster which eventually led to a match against Randy Orton at Night Of Champions 2011.

If Henry lost this match, everything that he did for the past few months would have been for nothing and he probably would never be taken seriously as a World Championship threat again. But, Henry came out and looked great. He and Orton put on a fantastic match and it ended with Henry claiming his first World Heavyweight Title.

3 Mark Henry Vs. Big Show - Vengeance (2011)

After defending his newly won World Heavyweight Title against Christian and then multiple times against Randy Orton, Henry's next challenger was Big Show. Their first collision for the World Heavyweight Title was at Vengeance 2011.

The World's Strongest Man and The World's Largest Athlete put on a great match with a shocking moment being when Big Show kicked out of the World's Strongest Slam. But, the one thing that this match will always be remembered for is Henry Superplexing Big Show off of the middle rope, making the ring collapse.

2 Mark Henry Vs. CM Punk - Raw (April 16, 2012)

After winning his two previous matches against CM Punk via count-out and disqualification, Mark Henry received a third opportunity at the WWE Championship when he took on Punk on the April 16th, 2012 episode of Raw in a No Count-Out, No Disqualification match.

The beginning of the match was very even with both Punk and Henry getting good shots in at each other. Midway through a steel chair became the weapon of choice between the two and it ended up being the cause of Henry's demise. When he tried to hit Punk with a splash in the corner, he ran headfirst into the chair. Punk then hit him with the chair off the top rope and defeated him to retain the title.

1 Mark Henry Vs. John Cena - Money In The Bank (2013)

On the June 17th, 2013 episode of Raw, Henry pulled off one of the greatest swerves in WWE history when he faked his retirement and attacked John Cena. This led to the last WWE Championship match of his career when he took on Cena at Money In The Bank 2013.

This match exceeded the highest of expectations and the crowd made it even better. Henry was practically unstoppable to start the match but Cena eventually countered. Henry was able to kick out of the AA which made fans think he may have a chance, but he eventually ended up having to tap to the STF.
